Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No, your registration fee and ticket are non-transferrable.
My spouse is planning to come with me. Do I need to purchase a ticket for them as well?
Yes! Each person planning to attend Launch must purchase a ticket. The "General Admission + Spouse" ticket is the only tickets that covers two attendees. This ticket is available when the early bird tickets end.
Spouses are strongly encouraged to attend Launch together.
I have a team of people coming with me. Is there any special discount?
Yes! Starting on February 1, a group rate ticket will be available for groups of 5 or more. This ticket is priced at $99.00 per person.
Are children able to attend Launch?
Children (up to age 12) of potential church planters are able to attend. Please ensure that a free "Child's Ticket" is filled out. Childcare is provided for this age group, throughout the conference.
Young Adults (13 to 18 years old) are also welcome to attend. Please ensure that a free "Young Adult" ticket is completed. Young Adults will stay with their parents, throughout the conference.
What is the dress code for Launch?
Business Casual (no tie or required)| Church Attire for Friday evening
What time is registration and the start of service on Wednesday?
Registration will begin at 4:30 pm and service will begin at 6:00 pm.
Will any meals be provided?
North American Missions will provide dinner on Wednesday night (post service) and lunch on Thursday and Friday for all participants.
Will transportation to and from the hotel be provided?
There will be no transportation provided to and from the hotel.
Is there a Launch Attendee Hotel?
There is no suggested hotel for Launch Attendees.
